In BattleBlock Theater, players control a prisoner as they are forced to play through games devised by Hatty Hattington (voiced by Will Stamper). Controls are simple, with the game largely consisting of running, jumping and punching. Levels are made up of various types of blocks, such as collapsing blocks, sticky walls, bouncy volcanic rocks and deadly spikes, and also feature hazards such as water and deadly creatures.

How to try this game online

1) Download here (Torrent) the game.
2) Download here (Mega) the online fix.
3) Download Tunngle if you already don't have it.



1) Install the game.
2) Unzip the online fix into game directory and overwrite all files.



1) Launch Tunngle and enter "BattleBlock Theater" Room.
2) Launch the game with "BattleBlockTheater-Lan-Mode.exe" located in the game directory.
2.1) Start the game as administrator if you have problems.
3) Click "Online Play"
4) Choose now, if host or join a game.

1) Open the game directory folder C:\Program Files\BattleBlock Theater.
2) Open "SmartSteamEmu.ini".
3) Edit the Language.
4) Save.
